UK Support Desk Representative
We require two customer services representatives to join our ION Audio UK Support Desk working with our home and mobile audio ranges. Candidates must be able to self-organize and work under pressure with the minimum of supervision. Ideally, applicants will have at least one years experience in admin/technical support and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Duties will involve providing technical support for all ION Audio products, general customer service, the administration of repairs and returns using an in-house database and taking spare parts orders.
Customer contact is essential in this role and applicants will therefore need to have a professional approach and be able to communicate effectively.

This full time position is located at the ION Audio Europe HQ in Aldershot Hampshire. Working hours for this post are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary is negotiable but primarily will be based on experience of candidate.

- Good phone manner and a good level of understanding and mastery of speaking of the English language is a must to ensure the best level of support quality for our wide range of customers
- Good level of computer skills, previous computer support experience preferred
- A general knowledge of audio equipment such as, iPods, ipod products and home audio setups
- A passion for Music and Music Products
